Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you can withdraw from your contract within fourteen days.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (chef ladou GmbH, Rodtbergstraße 158, 35396 Gießen, Germany, email: hello@chefladou.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example an email or a letter). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
If you requested a service (Kitchen Check or live cooking) to begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to what has been provided until you informed us of your withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
For the course (digital content) the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun to provide the content after you expressly agreed that we may begin before the withdrawal period ends, you acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract.
For the Kitchen Check and live cooking (services) the right of withdrawal expires once we have fully performed the service and began performance only after you gave your express consent and at the same time acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.
